It's impossible. Payment is collected from the brand when the campaign is confirmed, before the shoot even starts. The money is held safely by our payment partner, then released automatically once the job is approved. You'll always get paid.
We built the Reliability Score precisely for this. Any talent who cancels late sees their score drop, which affects their visibility. And with Last Minute stand-in mode, we help you find a replacement within hours. Your production won't collapse because of a cancellation.
